After the battery replacement, my phone was returned to me with the power button broken. No way to turn the phone off/on. The repair guy was dismissive and shady, refusing to help or take responsibility for it. I ended up having to receive a replacement phone from Verizon. Keep in mind: this is a Verizon authorized retailer, not an actual Verizon store.
